"Room was what I expected for the low price. Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit was broken so it was a bit stuffy in the room. The front desk gave me a fan which helped a lot. I would stay here again if I were to return to Lisbon."

"Just so you’re fully aware this is a HOSTEL not a hotel. Honestly it’s not bad. We got a suite. So our own bathroom. It’s pretty quiet and no one bothered us. It is pretty dated but all we did was shower and sleep there. No AC just a small fan they provide. Also it’s located about 20-30 mins from city center but uber is easy to get to and from the city center anywhere from $10-30 depending on the time of day and if there is a cruise in port. Not terrible overall. "

The description says to contact them if arriving after hours so they can leave the room key in your room. They did not respond to any of my emails so I got Expedia to call and they were told that we could only check in until 12 am. If after that, they would not let us in.
