Liked the location. Very clean. Very nice staff. Desk staff gave us excellent recommendations on places to eat. We really appreciated the help. Good breakfast buffet and very helpful woman in charge of buffet.

Very clean, well maintained lodging.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was good with many choices. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels in the bathroom.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

This was our first visit to The Port Hotel and it certainly won't be the last! From the easy "no check-in desk" check-in through a very complete continental breakfast, this hotel is a true gem. Speaking of the "continental breakfast, the selections available rivaled or excelled many other hotel chains touting their "full" breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed linens were great and the bed itself was very comfortable. This property definitely deserves the "Best Hotel in Port...

Very nice location and affordable price. Free coffee and lemonade and cookies all day also. Continental breakfast. Location is great. On the scenic river and next to shopping, restaurants and the piers on Lake Michigan. 1/2 mile from the downtown. Rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful.

Very good

Property was clean and well maintained. Pool was out of service while we were there- which was a bummer- but we had a nice staycation! My daughter is already asking when we can go back. 😊

Kind staff.

We were pleased with room cleanliness, overall this is our mainly feature for a Hotel stay. The reason I gave 2 star for Staff is because even the room was paid at the time of online reservation, I received an invoice under my door, that another card that Holiday Inn kept on file, was charged for a higher amount for same room. In the morning when I was questioning the same receptionist he didn't bother to apologize, he just said not to worry about the invoice, he will fix that. Usually I...

Went for buisness trip, was a 2 day stay. Very clean hotel and comfortable bed.

Location was excellent - a little hard to get to off of the highway but not a big problem. Room was very spacious and quite comfortable. Very nice breakfast without plastic utensils!

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Overall a very nice stay and I would recommend this motel to others.

Nice room clean. Looked new better than expected. It was different with no employee there. Only thing i had a question about was check out? We just left and figured it was automatic cause we were gone before checkout time.

Nothing to fancy or expensive, but a great value for the price! Very clean facilit. Wonderful, friendly staff who even let us into our room 3 hours early to check in and gave us breakfast even though we were leaving 3 hours before breakfast started on the posted time. Pool was super warm and clean as well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

My husband and I stayed here a few years ago and were disappointed at the cleanliness of the room. This time we were pleasantly surprised and VERY happy with everything. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Thank you!
