"Great location. Staff is very friendly. The room is small, with barely space to put a large suitcase, but chairs and tables are available in the lounge. The train station is only a 5 minute walk and the tram stops right outside. "

"Accommodation was basic but adequate for our stay. Close to main town of St Jean and tram/bus routes. Room clean but very hot despite not turning on the heating and it being November. The water tank was directly above the toilet which was hazardous but other than that it was a comfortable stay. Our only real grumble was the neighbour above us allowed their toddler to continually run up and down at night and this often kept us awake until they finally got the child to bed! "

"The booking at hotels.com said check in time started at noon, but when I arrived the staff said it was 2pm and they could not give me a room, while storing luggage would cost additional 2 Euros. When I was a bit frustrated by this, another staff at the reception (Timothee) kindly helped me find a room which was ready for check-in, I appreciated his help in resolving this matter in a nice way. "The hotel in a good location and close to the tram which takes you into the heart of Bordeaux. You can collect the tram from the airport and it stops about 150 metres from the hotel. The tram is a bonus and costs on 1 euro 80cents for the Journey. The rooms are in good condition and clean. Although fairly tight for 3 people but easy and roomy for 2 persons. Shower big enough however toilet is pretty tight. Its a budget hotel and you get what you are paying for and I would stay there again. "
