"We were just passing through Provo and wanted a convenient place to stay for 3 people. A few places were available to choose from, and Best Western had the most reasonable prices. We didn’t expect much more than beds and a shower, but the room had a couple chairs and a desk, there’s a pool, and the free breakfast was more than the basic continental breakfast. Nothing fancy, but easy and reasonably good with lots of options. "

"Nice stay, but the access door on one end of the building wasn’t working and was a minor inconvenience. When I reported the issue, it was received as if it was of no importance to the staff. Parking is less than adequate."
