"The staff was very helpful and answered our questions about things to do in the area. The room was comfortable but the shower was a bit slippery and could use something to make using it a bit safer. I enjoyed the shower supplies they have better than the tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner that most other places supply for the customers. "

"The stay here was better than the old Yelp reviews lead on. The beds and pillows are very firm but get the job done. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps in the bathroom so you dont need to bring your own. There is a sign on the bathroom saying if you steal, soil, or damage any of the items in the room, you have to pay for them, be aware. They list individual prices for damaged items like wash cloths being 15 bucks. Make sure you close your curtains very well or else people...

"Room as great. A bit outdated, but not a deterrent from staying again. The only bad part was the breakfast. It was barely edible, and I’m not really picky. The “hot” food is all microwaved. Eggs, sausage and bacon. Otherwise, it was convenient to beaches and restaurants. Lots of fun things to do for little kids. And it looks like they’re building an outdoor pool. We would stay again for sure. "

"If you want a quaint, MV type motel, this is the place! It is adorable. We had a great view of the harbor and all the activities! The room was small but super clean and comfortable. Everything was pristine. There are great food options nearby. We ate at the Black Dog Bakery, ArtCliff Diner (great breakfast) and the Net Result. All served great food. The bus terminal is really close by for any transportation needs. Would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel is vintage Cape Cod in so many ways. How do you provide modern amenities with an old school Cape feel? This place does it quite well."

"Clean, basic room, however as soon as we walked in it smelled of mildew. There is water damage on the baseboards next to the patio door. Walls are thin. Breakfast is basic with waffle, bread and bagels, yogurt. No eggs. Didn't get to use the pool. "
