"The hotel was good. The staff wasn’t the nicest. We asked for sheets for the hideaway bed and they said they’d deliver. 30 min later I called again and asked them to get them ready so I can just pick up since no one brought them, he said ok. I got to the desk and there was 2 staff just sitting there talking when they could’ve brought them as requested. Sheets still not together. "

"Overall we had a great stay. It was clean, the staff was friendly and always greeted us if we happened to run into them. The breakfast was hot and had good options for everyone. The pool is on the smaller side but clean and also wished they had more hours available for use (9am-10pm is the current). Minor updates are definitely needed in the rooms but everything functioned as it should've. We felt safe and would stay again. "
