Tried before going to cancel the last night as having to come home early (should have been able to according to my original booking) but told they could not do it. "Great location & very friendly. Cheap & cheerful - basic but clean & tidy. It’s only Achilles heel is the lack of parking. It’s street parking & free from 7:00pm to 9:30am but you’re competing with the locals & those using the station opposite. If it had its own parking I’d have given 5 stars"

"We spent 10 days at la Résidence Les embruns in September, and we loved it. It's an older property that would benefit from some renovations and updates (like a fresh coat of paint all over). That said, it's very close to the wonderful beach, and also services like a grocery store (Carrefour Market). Carole at the reception desk is a pleasure to deal with. Downtown is about one kilometre away, an easy and pleasant walk. Very recommended."
