"Great staff, at check in and bar. Food was good and we appreciated the late service with a good menu to choose from. Room was clean, appreciated the water station to refill bottles. The bed was comfy, small but functional I am just disappointed I had to make my own bed the second day. We were given new towels we did not need or asked for but nothing else was done including the bed so coming back late after a full day at Disneyland and have to make the bed left me feeling a bit frustrated."

"A rather unkindly furnished room with a bed, TV and a board on the wall. It was enough for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't wish a rainy day on a tourist who has to spend it in his room. The shower was really unpleasant, with the ceiling disintegrating into fringes due to the constantly rising damp and black mould forming. "Wasn’t overly impressed by the hotel. We had booked one of the onsite Disney hotels, because of our flights we needed to grab an extra night and our hotel didn’t have it available. We chose the B&B. When we arrived we were asked to put our bags in the baggage store. This is a paid service and I don’t think I have ever had to pay for a hotel to store bags! Not impressed as it cost about €19 to store the bags for the afternoon! The first locker didn’t work so cost us €5 with no way to get a refund and staff not interested. The hotel room was basic, which is fine for the price we paid; however the room was boiling hot and the thermostat didn’t work so basically slept in an oven all night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel; it costs to store bags, rooms are hot and basic; and beds were not very comfortable. I would recommend spending the extra to stay at a Disney hotel or if your budget is stretched stay at the Campanile down the road. "
