"excellent stay , friendly staff, clean n well maintained"

"very modern and clean room"

"The location is extremely walkable, close to the Minster and Piece Hall."

"It was an ok place to stay for a night. The amenities were ok but needs updating especially the bed. The shared bathroom was fine but the door needs replacing asap as there’s no handle on the inside and you have to pull the door by the side to be able to get out. The staff was excellent and friendly and can’t fault them at all!"

"Wifi was really slow, but everything worked. Wouldn't stay longer than a few days. Lots of bugs as well. Found a huge slug in the kitchen."

"The property was nice and clean and the staff member was fabulous."

"Staff was very friendly and very welcoming nothing to much trouble. The room was really nice great place to stay."

"Do not stay here. Very dirty & lots of spiders"

"Air conditioned room with fridge, perfect for this hot weather. Hotel in good location and we enjoyed our visit to the local Wetherspoons. The breakfast was advertised as being continental, but still included some cooked items, which was really good and a good start to the day. The value for money was very good. "

"Great customer service and quick to respond"

"Above a pub - walking up the stairs already made me feel uneasy. Very dusty and a smelly dirty carpet. The room itself would have been fine had it not been for the hair, dirt and used tissues under the bed, the very old very worn and way too soft mattress that makes you feel all the springs and the black bedsheets with holes in them. Not coming back."

"Very clean and friendly staff. Quiet hotel, room just what was needed"
