The location is everything as it is 1 street over from main street. The room was a nice size with 2 double beds and was clean with a large private balcony overlooking the street. The room had a mini fridge, a TV with limited cable, a telephone, great air conditioning and lighting. The bathroom was small with a very small and low toilet, low water pressure and a very small shower head, but the water temperature was good. Also limited counter space. Fresh, clean, fun, and comfortable! Easy to access- we had two rooms - bathrooms are cute! Bedrooms nice and beds comfy, living area and kitchenette downstairs very charming! Sat outside as well.

My boyfriend and I had the best overnight at the Madison Inn. The room that we booked was small, but still so comfortable and cute and it was in a really convenient location in the center of Oak Bluffs. Staff was so friendly and awesome. Amazing amenities. Def recommending this place to all of my friends! Looking forward to staying again.

What the large chains are taking away is just what this Inn does in spades - lots of thoughtful little extras that make your stay enjoyable - A warm welcome from owner's who care - not just complimentary toiletries, but cloth napkins at a generous breakfast display even fresh homemade muffins!! Very clean, pleasantly decorated room and comfortable bed. We will definitely book here again.

Location, cleanliness, beachfront!

We hit the Goldmine… We absolutely love staying at this property in Nantucket right off the main path. It was quiet convenient, beautiful area and the really nice place to stay. Absolutely beautiful house and we enjoyed the front porch!

Jamie and Dallas were so helpful in finding places to visit, eat and tour. They even entertained us with a wine tasting. It really made our 22nd Anniversary so much more special.

Wonderful staff and sparkling clean rooms. The grounds are beautiful. The pool was perfect. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at the Anchor Inn! Our room was very cozy, the location is outstanding, and the breakfast was awesome. The innkeeper, Nate, was extremely accommodating, kind, and willing to go above and beyond. We even rented a jeep from him right on site which was super convenient and a fun way to explore the island! I can’t wait to return!

Our stay was wonderful, walking distance to the ferry. The room nice and the beds was comfy. We will be back again.

Friendly staff at check-in Quiet

Friendly staff, quick access to main street, short walk to beach.

Great location. Just steps away from Craigville. Rooms are clean and quaint. We loved hanging out on our private patio. We got a partial ocean view room, which basically means downstairs room. Next time we stay we are going to pay the extra money for a ocean view room , which is an upstairs room with a balcony and they must have really great views. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They gave us a tour of their regatta suite and we would really love to stay there for our anniversary....

The host was very nice, fun to discuss activities on the Cape with and very hospitable.
