"The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The room was extremely tiny and had no refrigerator. We booked for 2 adults and one child, but they put only two bath towels and had to ask for another one everyday. "

"Signage very bad. There were 2 buildings close to each other. Owned by the same hotel chain. Difficult to find the correct hotel. No information provided to help guests find the correct hotel. Difficult to find check in. Intercom voices were very helpful. Over complicated process to check in. I was sent an email with our room code but email didn’t arrive until about 1 hour after we needed it. Had to use intercom service again. Apart from the above the hotel was good value for the price. "

"The hotel was clean and easy to find. It was a good location close to Disney. There is a charge if €10 per car per night to park outside the hotel though which felt expensive for the type of hotel and location."
