Great location for Disney. Slightly out-dated decor now, especially for a Disney-adjacent hotel, but the reception area is nice. A 5am fire alarm wasn't great, but we was informed at breakfast that it was somebody smoking in the room. Comapred to the Disney hotels, it's reasonable value for money, but it would be nice if parking was included in the hotel price.

Great hotel, convenient with shuttle to Disney parks, rooms a bit dated and carpets could be cleaner, but staff were super friendly, great bar, and animals gave it a unique touch. Would stay again if hotel was updated.

A basics hotel. Good as a nearby stop for Disney but rooms small (and bathroom tony). Food is expensive and limited but the breakfast is quite good. Staff not overly friendly and overall I was disappointed with what sounded like a great place.

Full breakfast with eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats and more. Room is not huge but kids enjoyed bunk beads thst were fine for our 14 and 8 year olds. Beds are firm. Bus to Disneyland was great and drops off near train. Train cheaper way to get to downtown Paris than taxi about 40 minute train ride to metro.

Rooms are small with no convenient amenities, like a bar of soap (only liquid soap) and no USB plugs for phones. Was also surprised they didn’t have hand towels. Bed was kinda hard and small. It was quiet though and good priced. The area was near Disney with a free shuttle which was so helpful! They had a lot of helpful amenities at the hotel, like fresh late night bar food, arcade games, toiletries for purchase, and a gift shop with lots of fun stuff in there. We really appreciated that. It felt very safe and convenient. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property! Breakfast is great and staff so friendly. Great option for families going to Disney Paris. Free shuttle service to Disney which is great and do not have to worry for transportation.

Great hotel The amount of ammenties in reception is some of the best I have ever seen. Has a Starbucks inside too The shop was great and they literally was everything you can think of for sale Room super clean - the only problem was the toilet flusher did not work properly!

The property is very convenient to Disney and the shuttle bus was brilliant albeit crowded!!! However the reception staff were not particularly friendly and when we went to order a taxi the man was particularly rude and the taxi was excessively overpriced.

The breakfast was cold every day and the process to get into breakfast was a bit ridiculous. I understand needing to check in by room number, but why do we have to be escorted to a specific table? It made the process longer. The hotel room was very small, and not in the best condition. The website said each room had air conditioning, but ours didn't seem to work and housekeeping seemed to turn the heat up each time they came in. We had to sleep with the window open so it didn't get too hot. Having access to the disney shuttle was nice. It was a reasonable place to stay, but not really nice by any means.

We booked the accommodation to visit Disneyland Paris. The accommodation made a very run-down impression. The rooms as well as the exterior of the building had major defects. The breakfast offered a solid selection of different pastries. The bathroom in the rooms is no longer up to date. They should be upgraded and renovated in a timely manner.

They have this odd breakfast rule where you can't bring a bag to the breakfast area, it's very strange, it's like the staff are always watching you to make sure you don't steal the croissants! Like, we're grown adults, we can bring bags where we want! They also wanted to charge us E15 an hour for early check in. On the plus side, the staff did a great job of cleaning the room everyday and it's close to Disneyland and main train station into Paris

We’re given a room on arrival, went to the room and someone was in it! Went back and was given a second room and the same thing happened!! Couldn’t believe it and didn’t feel happy leaving stuff in our room in case they gave someone else one room key
