The trick to avoiding elevator congestion is to take the other elevator to a higher floor and walk back down one floor. I highly recommend."

The towel and the blanket are dirty and smelly, even the maid took my own towel and I CANNOT find them to get it back, called and messaged and no reply!!! I don’t understand how they operate. Very crazy hotel! "
