"My husband and I came into town for a funeral. I called ahead to see if we could check in early to get ready before the service. The man I spoke with was incredibly kind and accommodating. I will definitely stay here every time I'm in town now. The customer service was exceptional, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the location was great. They didn't charge for parking, and the lot was nice. There's a convenient station within walking distance."

"The room was on the back facing a busy road that was very noisy. I feel like the management was not prepared for a full hotel. There was not enough staff in the dining area to keep up. Food and coffee were always out at breakfast, no towels in the pool area, and garbages were full. The front desk people were very kind, and tried to be helpful."

"It was very charming with a great concept. However, lodging details were a bit misleading as far as communal bathrooms were concerned. It was quite loud throughout the night with continuous train traffic and being able to hear everything in adjacent room. Was difficult to sleep. The staff we did meet were very friendly and it was clean. We enjoyed our free beverage on the patio at check in. We were disappointed that there was no food left but yogurt and apples in the morning, long before...
