Smelled good like pumpkin spice, bathroom could use new caulking but all else was very clean. Cleaning staff were very nice & thorough in cleaning. Good location directly off the interstate with easy access to downtown Helena.
The pet area was well stocked with poop bags . It was also really clean and picked up. The room was clean, breakfast was the usual eggs, biscuits & gravy, along with toast,, ETC. breakfast area clean and well maintained.
Had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good. Not a huge variety but what was there was good. Overall it was a very nice stay.

A little out dated. The bathroom lock was broken, the room said, “sleeps 3” and showed a couch that I assumed was a pullout. We got to the room and it was not as advertised, so we had to have a rollaway sent up. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. Breakfast staff was A+
We arrived late so did not take advantage of the heated outdoor pool. The night staff person was very nice . The buffet breakfast was ok but a wider section of fruit would be appreciated (only a bunch of green apples) . The room needed a bit of upkeep - the bathtub rod was almost coming off the wall and some baseboards were off and not replaced . Also the bedroom window only had white pull down shades - no blackout curtains and the room faced the front of a busy road with street lights so the room was not dark at night.
It was fine, served our minimal purpose of sleeping for a night without breakfast, swimming, etc. But the entry, dining, elevator appearance and speed, the functioning door locks and cards, beds, tv, lighting was all fine. Carpets were a little gross, bathroom fan didn't work but no biggee to air out with door open, AC was quiet and reliable at auto temp, nightstand a little small for CPAP, office chair was broken but I didn't need to use it, towels, rags, tissue, soaps/shampoos/conditioners, etc. all fine and typical. I used the iron and board (glad I brought my own distilled water). Overall, a good typical cheap hotel.
The staff was wonderful, and helpful. The room seemed clean. There were some improvements in the room, but it was lacking a lot. There was no USB port for me to plug in to charge my phone. No clock. I had to go to the front desk to get a TV remote. The shower curtain rod was loose, so the curtain wouldn't hang right and the floor got wet.
The HVAC was noisy when it came on through the night. I heard the guest upstairs walking around. The hall doors slam. It was not well soundproofed.
I like a normal sized pillow. The pillows were small.
The staff was courteous.
Very clean and tidy property with excellent staff and an excellent breakfast will return again!

Stayed here one night for business. Pleasant staff, room was serviceable but worn (stain on lampshade, chipped paint on bathroom door). Had a coffee maker, fridge turned up too high and microwave which was all I needed. Pool was drained and empty in middle of August. No serious complaints, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay again unless it was a great deal.
Room was mostly clean but bathroom was quickly done. Other than that hotel was clean & staff was great.
The price of the hotel was high for the quality & the location although convenient, is close to some questionable activity.
