"The staff was amazing though the equipment they work with is less than desirable. Cooks and waitstaff constantly having to apologize because the complemtary breakfast appliances kept shorting. More surprised management or higher cares about surveys and not the quality theyre showing their guests"

"I got sick on my stay and had to be taken away in an ambulance. The hotel staff were absolutely incredible. They took care of me, walked (and fed!) my dog that I had to leave in the room and went above and beyond. Didn't get to experience the pool but the rest of the hotel was great."

"Overall it was good. The built in microwave was broken, but once I complained it was immediately taken care of. That made me happy. I did not like answering personal questions about my kids to the attendant that had already been answered in booking the room. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I almost canceled before checking in. "

"This was a cool stop on our trip, our last night before returning to PDX. Love the hotel, and staff was great. Particularly Elyse who checked us in. While we waited for our room we walked the wonderful path into town for farmers market, lunch at Mo's and tour of maritime museum. took the trolley back for a dollar. great way to kill time while waiting for room to become available. hotel is clean and very well laid out."

"We had a decent one night stay at the Timberline Inn while in the area to hike around Mt. St. Helens. There are few accommodations in this area. The front desk manager was friendly and helpful and they offer complimentary water, fruit and cookies in the small lobby. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable although the pillows were all a bit overstuffed for my taste. "The staff were very nice and accommodating, although pretty loud, especially near the laundry area where our room was. Also, I was disappointed that an expensive room (over $200/night) didn't provide its own glass water cups, wine glasses and coffee cups. We had to hunt these down in the kitchen and they weren't always available. "
