I called reception and 10 minutes later all was quiet. With breakfast at chf 19 each, we thought we’d go for the McDonalds next door - closed until 10:00!"

"I had a 2-night stay in the hostel part of the building. There is a hotel/inn and a hostel with the same entrance, reception and shared facilities. A bus/train travelcard for the Engadin valley is included in the room rate. The bar area is nice and they do a range of snacks like sandwiches and pizzas. There is free WiFi, though some parts of the building are better covered than others. The hostel room was a 6-bunk room with a shared shower, WC and basin. I don't think the lockers will accept...

It's about a ten-minute walk to the lift (or the train station), or you can take the free Arosa bus.
