"All of the staff we encountered were warm and friendly. Over all the property has a nice ambient vibe, which was a little misleading because we could hear everything outside our room. The room was cozy, but humid, even with the ac running…and the bathroom towels were scratchy! They do offer a continental breakfast everyday with a generous selection. I would highly suggest providing big fluffy robes/ slippers for the guests at a Bali Posh resort."

"We would never stay here again, there was cockroaches in our room. I wanted a refund but they wouldn't give me one, did give me a better room. The first room had toilet paper stuffed in the bottom of the window to try to block a gap. There was a cracked bulge below the window in the wall. The new room had a hole in the ceiling panel. "Very nice staff. The room was clean and efficient. The location is not too good. It was difficult to find restaurants and there is not shopping nearby. The neighborhood is a bit run down. Also, you cannot flush toilet paper which bothered me a little. But I really appreciated the staff and the nice room. The communication with them was excellent."
