"The back parking lot had broken glass near the entrance door in the back. The inside of the back entrance was in need of some deep cleaning. The room was lacking cleanliness. The floor was sticky and furniture was dusty. We will not stay in the future."

"Excellent stay. We've stayed here before several times and they keep maintaining the quality of the facility and service. My wife lost her iPhone. We reported it to the front desk and left without it. We retraced our steps from the day before and came up empty handed. Before leaving town I called the missing phone and the front desk answered. "We were getting ready to call you. We obviously have found your phone, buried in the bed covers!" We are grateful for an honest operation at Richlands...
