"Had an amazing stay at FilCan Hostel. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the staff were super helpful and made me feel comfortable. The breakfast and coffee were delicious as well! Highly recommend FilCan Hostel! "
"Pretty nice room with comfy bed.
Fan was good but made lot of noise.
Inside the room was own sink/water tap so that was nice.
Terrace outside room with good views.
Free water refill and coffee was a big plus.
There was also microwave.
Location was ok. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, motorcycle rental places etc."
"Checking in was a bit of a hassle. The caretakers couldn’t find my reservation and then had to contact the owner of the property who also couldn’t find my reservation. When it was finally found they tried to place us in a different room with a shared bathroom than what I originally booked. I had to show my reservation again and say that I wanted the room I paid for that had the private bathroom. This was remedied but took some time. "
"This hotel is not good, although the rooms were clean but the toilet never flushed so I had to filled a bucket of water. The running water used to go and come back i even had to wait for one hour to take shower... The staff is not helpful at all they dont help you they dont solve anything... they even dont speak english and it's pretty hard to communicate.
Not recommended."
"We like the central location, near to everything. The place is old. They are renovating, making a lot of noises and creating dust and unhealthy air environment. The power and water are on and off, more of No power and no water. Staffs are friendly."
"Tucked away down a local street, just off the main road, this place was a good base for a few days in Coron.
Staff were lovely and helped arrange early breakfasts and airport transfers.
The room had everything we needed and was clean and well presented. The aircon was a bit noisy, even on the recommended nighttime settings, but that was the only bad thing. The shower went really hot and had good pressure, the beds were firm but comfy. Breakfast was larger than usual - two big fluffy pancakes,...
"Accessible location, quiet neighborhood, clean property but you need to request for room service. They should provide additional garbage bin. They should provide complimentary shampoo and soap. Experienced water outage but they contacted someone for water delivery. Free drinking water, coffee and tea. "
