"I stayed here seven nights during New Years and occupied the deluxe family room Central location, good wifi, friendly staff, clean facilities. Because of its central location, it can get quite loud. The security guard is unfriendly and glued to his phone but the other staff is helpful if you ask. Overall, average place with decent prices. "

"It’s a little out of the way about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. But only about 3-5 minutes on a tuk tuk. Staff was great and very helpful. It is on a side street of another side street (going down then up a hill so just be aware for when you come with bags) "

"My family really loved this place. The beds are comfortable and rooms are tidy and clean. All the staffs in here are incredible, friendly and welcoming! They always smile and greet you. "This is not a place to welcome people. It is very dirty and not safe, there were more than 20 men doing some weird business just outside the room. We changed the hotel because we did not feel safe and it was not clean. We would have not been able to sleep there in these conditions. We usually don’t have high standards in terms of rooms, but this was just not acceptable. "

"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well.
