"We arrived and promptly welcomed by Arianne with a cup of tea and carrot cake - lovely touch. At the end of our day's walk, the hot tub was very much appreciated. Facilities are great. It was full of long termers (really nice and friendly people) and it seemed fun place to stay if you were working somewhere close but as a traveller it wasn't so pleasant when the dorm room door was open and there were a lot of people from another rooms just hanging out. "We were surprised with how close this was from the Interislander baggage claim, got there in about 3mins. This was great news because our ferry was delayed due to the awful weather on the Strait. The owner was there at reception well after 9pm to let us in. The owners were also very helpful, told us where to get supplies from and even let us leave our bag at reception while we went into town. On that note, it's also very close to town too, just a stones throw. "
