"This was such a cute 60’s style hotel/ motel. It’s updated, clean, there’s always staff around to help with anything. Pool, outdoor seating, and restaurant/ bar area was so cute! I’d definitely stay there again rather than the big hotel chains. Highly recommend!"

We had a problem with the air conditioning in the first room and our room was changed without a problem. The second room was fine. "

"I liked the design of the room, the concierge was friendly, the continental breakfast provided make-your-own fresh waffles with cooked eggs, sausage and other items for your choosing, a designated area for my dogs to use with clean up bags provided. The room had all the amenities listed with hot water for showers. "

"Everything was great except the breakfast. They had a good selection of food but all of the "hot" food was cold. We ate about 8:30 am. Not only was it uneatable but there is real concern for food poisoning of food not held at high enough temperatures. We notified the staff but there was no response or apology. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. It is the perfect location for easy access for dining and just minutes from Rock City and Ruby Falls. The customer service was available our entire stay. The room is spacious with wifi, a microwave and refrigerator. They also have a fitness area and a pool. The continental breakfast is amazing! They had a complimentary cold lemonade dispenser right by the elevator daily. I am very pleased with our stay at Comfort Inn!"
