"The price did not match the accommodations. The room had good beds and hot water and it was quiet . The continental breakfast was from 6 am to 9 am and that’s on a Saturday! It was nothing special."

"Room was clean. Basic Continental breakfast (we didn't eat it). Staff, at check in, made us verbally agree to no smoking or vaping in building (we aren't users anyways), but we smelled weed in hallways, and a young woman was smoking weed at the back door. We had gone to our car one evening to figure out where to get dinner, and a woman who looked EXACTLY like the front desk clerk stared at me for 15 minutes from a chair in the lounge area. When we returned, and I called her on it, she denied it. Very, very odd."

"Staff was amazing but room wasn’t very clean. Burn holes in the comforter and work up in the morning with my entire room smelling like weed. Loud noises all night. "

"Parking was challenging because the hotel shares parking with a mall and restaurants which were very busy maybe due to arriving around dinner time on Saturday. Upon arrival there was one bath towel in the room when we had two registered guests. Requested additional towels and they were delivered. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were as expected. "

"I want to start off by saying the staff here was amazing. However, the pictures of the rooms are slightly misleading. It looks as if the beds are in a separate room apart from the kitchenette area in the pictures (they are not). The building is sharing a parking lot with a Super 8 (not that that's the end all, be all), they're genuinely separated by one thru lane between the buildings. They don't have an ice machine (had to go to the Super 8 for ice). The first room we were given had to be switched because the curtains were ripped off the windows and laying on the couch in the corner. The AC unit in our second room was hanging off the wall, but still worked. The room phone didn't. We just said screw it and stayed lol It wasn't the WORST hotel I've ever booked, but it definitely could use some love from management/corporate."

"Nice suite, great included breakfast and cocktail hour in lounge. Nice having Ruths Chris steakhouse attached and food options around. Great location, decently clean and great amenities. "
