"Came in late and were greeted warmly, but next day staff were not able to keep up with breakfast demands due to how many people so we only got coffee. Location was good for a 1 night stop on our drive. "

"Good breakfast, room was disappointing as there was no separation between living area (pull out sofa) and bedroom offering zero privacy. Other ES have separate bedrooms in king suites. This hotel advertised that! Very deceptive. Also flush on toilet was louder than a freight train. It was terrible and should be evaluated. We will not be stopping here again on our travels from MI to FL and reverse. Finally, we were charged $100 for our 2 toy poodles who were better trained/behaved than most kids, They never made a sound and as they are pure bred AKC registered dogs, totally hyper allergenic. That is why we have them as I am very allergic to dogs and cats. So, the room did not need to be cleaned as thoroughly as with another breed plus we weren’t even there 12 hours! $50 should have been the fee, period."
