"Excellent value for this stunning property. The hotel was centrally located in downtown Rockland, across from the ferry terminal. Facilities were very clean, the king-bed room with a deck was extremely spacious. The included breakfast was amply varied , both hot & cold and healthy options. The hotel was located near excellent dining options, all within walking distance. We were guests the week prior to Christmas and the decor was beautiful and tasteful. "Customer service was amazing the gentleman that checked us in helped us greatly the room was clean and everything was how it should be I would recommend this hotel to anyone including my closest friends and family the price point was very reasonable and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had since before Covid if I travel to Boothbay Harbor this is the only hotel I’ll stay at!!!"

"This was an end of season visit. The property, breakfast, and staff couldn’t be nicer. Sadly, pool was closed up for the season along with the restaurant. Dining options were very limited, even in town due to it being post Columbus Day."
