Staff hardly speak English I booked online through Expedia then I got there was asked to pay again .. bad management and cannot sleep due to bar bieng too close to the bedrooms blasting music and noise coming from drunk people beds are so uncomfortable and space is very small … had to leave after finding another hotel 6 hours later as they were demanding me to pay again "

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war der Baulärm und damit phasenweise die Geruchsbelästigung aus der Umgebung, zu dem die sehr bedürftigen Straßenverzeichnise. "I would give this hotel zero stars. We arrived about 2 am as we had arranged in advance through hotels.com. We tried to contact the hotel directly but they don't have a working phone number or website. It's in a slummy area, which fits the hotel itself. Our taxi driver got the gate keeper to let us in but he couldn't make the whiny female manager get out of bed to give us a room. After a lot of pounding on her door and phone calls by the gate keeper and our taxi driver, she finally came out...

"The staff was quite friendly, but they were not equipped to handle needs and repairs. Almost everywhere we turned, things were broken and didn't work--lights, door latches, tv remotes, ceiling fans. The beach was absolutely filthy, with garbage piling up and even washing onto the grounds each high tide and not being picked up right away. Food poisoning from the restaurant ended up with us at a clinic. Terrible experience"
