At check-in the staff so so loud inside the lobby that I had to ask the receptionist to repeat her questions to me. There was no coffee/tea maker or even plastic cups to drink from. There was a huge spider crawling around the bathroom sink. This just wasn't a good experience for me. "

I and my mother are disabled. We stayed in the handicapped room. The beds were so high I had to help my mother up into the bed and then it was my turn. The bathtub was also very high. It was hard to step over to take a shower. Also the staff and his kids were playing volleyball right by my brand new car."
