"The front desk staff was amazing helping me to ewnauee we had ajoining rooms once we were checking in. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were great as we had a situation where our two year old locked himself in one of the ajouning rooms and the door was padlocked and security locked. The maintenance man came back in and got our terrified grandson out. Everyone was wonderful in this scary situation."

"When we arrived, the outer window to our room was open and could not be shut and the TV control was not working. Both issues were quickly corrected. The room is nice, but walls are too thin as noise from other rooms is too loud. I have stayed here before and more pleased."

"Perfect weekend. Happened to be Litchfield’s town celebration. Enjoyed the fireworks display from the dock. Would suggest bumpers on corner of dock. Nice quiet area. Dogs liked the back yard."
