"FYI - You have to pull in to the right side of the hotel to access the loading/unloading area. They have some small luggage carts to help if you have more than one suitcase. The parking garage is behind the hotel & not attached to the building, so you need to check-in & unload before parking. The hotel is in a great area for walking to restaurants and shops. It was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of choices. I found the staff to be very friendly and...

"Hotel Cancelled my booking"

"Not what I expected. Room not very clean."

"When i got to the hotel they told me they were book, a 100 percent occupied, however that was not the case, it was visible that several rooms where available. I showed my reservation but she did not honor the reservation. Now what is ironic is that normally Expedia would have sent an email stating that I did not show up and that it was a cancellation. "Very clean"

"The place wasn’t terrible, the beds were well-made, and there was ample space in the room itself; however, in the sink, the water ran extremely close to the edge of the basin, making it difficult to use properly. The shower drain also didn’t work properly, so water would pool on the floor of the tub. Other than that, it was a nice and cheap place to stay for two nights and I would be willing to stay again."

"Pool closed—not notified when I checked in. Really, I would not have booked without the pool! Sounded like it might have been an inspection issue as it looked fine. Disappointed grandsons. They needed to tell me upfront. "

"This hotel was clearly a former hub of drug and criminal activity: as was evident by the guard attended gate, occasional prostitute roaming the walkways, and restriction on having visitors in your room after 9 pm. The property is slightly run down, but the room was comfortable. This hotel is not a vacation destination. Its primarily for transients who need a cheap and somewhat safe place to stay. HAVEN hotel is the perfect name for it."

"I drove 10 hrs just to realize they gave me and my family rooms away. I'm not happy at all"
