"Very nice property, well furnished common areas and rooms, pleasant gardens. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. My only gripe is when booking the hotel wanted to take payment up front whereas Expedia said it was pay at the property. "

"Before we arrived, we had good communication with the hotel. The stay was also good. However, we forgot a necklace in the hotel room and since then we've tried to reach the hotel for assistance without being able to get hold of them. It's a huge disappointment as the necklace had emotional value, and to not even respond is below any expectations.
