"Nice clean hotel Did not have much interaction with the staff really Great walking areas right outside , and around the corner. Bad side no hair dryer meant dissatisfied girlfriend. And no hardly any hot water . Forced to take cool shower. Highly recommend the hotel adding hair dryers for the customers"

"Awesome place to have a laid back stay in Phong Nha. We went in January and were the only ones in the hotel. Originally we had booked 2 bunks but when we arrived they put us in 2 private rooms. Not sure if it was a mixup or an upgrade but it was a nice change after a month sharing rooms. "

Just saying "sorry" and we could not get back our stuff for the safe deposit at the reception, while the mother was out and got the key. So another half hour waiting. "The hotel is perfectly located - in the middle of the small Main Street and 2 minute walk from were the bus drops you off. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious but most of all the young lady on reception was absolutely amazing! Any questions about the place/what to do she would help you straight away. Would happily stay again when visit Phong Nha."

"Excellent stay good value for money. The nicest owner. Was able to check us in when our bus arrived at 4am. Nice breakfast included. Clean and spacious room. Hot shower, water does run out quick on the small heater. Pillows could use an upgrade + a thicker blanket for colder days. Didn't love the indoor smoking in the reception area in the evening- couldn't be smelt in the room but it felt like walking through an ashtray on the way in. Good location in town. Overall would reccomend. "

"We booked 1 room but were given 2 rooms on arrival. We asked if it is a mistake or an upgrade without cost. They said there will be extra cost so we demand to give us the room we book and they switch us back to the original room we booked. The property is clean and in walkable distance (about 1000 ft) to the Phong Nha boat tour."
