"This was the least expensive ocean front place on the boardwalk. Its old and hasnt been updated lately. But it was cheap and what we were looking for. If you want 5 star resort stuff this place isnt for you. If you want cheap, ocean, and boadwalk, this is your place. After getting to our room we noticed no towels or toilet paper. A quick trip to the front desk and they gladly give you what you need. If you want smoke free this may not be your place. Website doesn't say but it is smoking. They...

"The rooms were just renovated recently everything feels new!"

"Check in process was really convenient. My only complaint is we had neighbors out by the pool until 4am, you can hear everything from inside of your room music, conversations etc. Convenient location to walk everywhere, close to the beach and restaurants. Our room was clean and what we needed for a last minute booking. "

"Nothing fancy, but centrally located and right across from the start of the boardwalk. Several good restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Amusement park about 5 minutes' walk. Famous Pier 2 is just across the street. Owner was very helpful, and the pool was great. Easy parking in back of the hotel. I was on the second floor and over the years the palm trees have grown to that level blocking the view of the ocean. Overall, a good base of operations with clean facilities."

"The property was very spacious. Loved the oceanfront scenery. I was a little concerned with the outdated look of the furniture online but my perception changed once I saw the condo in person. The floor, balconies, two baths and two bedrooms was excellent for my family’s mini vacation. I would highly recommend! "
