Great place, good times

Great Location

Location was great. Walking distance from multiple “to-dos”. A park and walk location. We did have an issue with the door lock that made us have to switch rooms on the last night. Staff was friendly and treated the situation with a sense of urgency, but was still inconvenient. For the price, great value and I would stay again.

Location ! Location!

My room was clean and my A/C worked so I was happy. I stayed on the second floor which was fine but a higher floor would have had better views of the beach. The location is a plus with everything you want to do in walking distance.

Great view

Location was amazing views of the ocean and beach. Location was great close to everything some noise associated with the boardwalk and street but tolerable. Check in was difficult due to number of people checking in at same time but was a very busy Labor Day weekend.

Over all pretty good stay. Location was perfect. Property needs updating bad but everything works great view. Perfect size for 2 people. Good price for the off season. Old building but it works do plan in a 5 star stay. We would stay again.

Great location and great price

Enjoyed my stay at the Yachtsman property very much. Inexpensive and all the amenities. One small glitch was there was a change in ownership apparently just prior to my arrival so there was a little confusion with check in but it got sorted pretty quickly. A moment of concern but all worked out in the end. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Clean and good location

It was a surprise overnight trip for my wife and son. The condo was clean, in a great location, and the people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, but the condo is still very dated, definitely needs some work, and the A/C was not working. It was 76*F when we arrived Friday night and was 76 when we left. The temperature was set on 70.

At the Beach without Sand in the Room

This property is old and dated, however, everything worked and was comfortable to be in. The cleaning staff were amazing with helpful hints, supplies, and there was no sign of sand in the room, hallway or elevators. A major feat in itself!

It was good

was a little outdated, but worked for what we needed. Lots of screaming late at night (right across from an amusement park). Love the location and the beach was not super crowded here. However, our deadbolt did not work in the room so that was concerning. We made do though.

Great location, but roaches galore

The location was great. The beach was in your backyard. The room was gross. It gave me motel vibes and we saw a dead roach on our first night. And on the second and final night we stayed we saw baby roaches crawling around at night. Very gross and really made our stay uncomfortable. We will not book here again

Clean comfortable, location awesome @ Pier 14 & Skywheel . Short drive to Broadway on the beach ⛱️

The property & this unit is in a rundown state, that's only been covered up with paint, & that's been a few years ago. Some things need to be replaced & updated all over. The unit needs new stove/oven, new Jacuzzi tub (didn't work), bathroom door replaced & fresh paint. Most plug ins are in use or behind heavy furniture that has short extension outlets that are hard to reach. The Thermostat needs to be checked out had it set on 71& it kept the rm @ 66, had to turn on heat to warm rm up. Again the location was awesome, & room was clean , comfortable & had an awesome view.

This was a great stay overall. We were very cold the first night, as we did not know we had to request the host switch our system from A/C to heat. When they finish renovations in the South Tower, this will be an amazing value and view for your money!
