"The young lady who checked us into the hotel was a real credit to seven stars. Efficient, friendly lovely welcome. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was huge, even my husband couldn’t manage it all. We have stayed in a very expensive hotel that way and we preferred seven stars Would definitely recommend "

"Took a bit of a circuitous route to get there from the NEC. The premise appeared to be an extension to a house which may have been split in to flats with a corridor to other door. However the premises were clean and had decent facilities When I arrived there were no towels but after contacting the agents someone turned up 20 minutes later with the aforementioned towels. The central heating want on but another radiator did the job. Overall decent value for money. Parking was a bit tight but...

"This is a larger-sized house hotel, I arrived late but the host was staying up and then was invited into the house, was made a coffee and shown to the room. Many steps have been taken to make the place operate as a hotel, I stayed a few nights and felt I would be welcomed back."
