"Thoroughly enjoyed amenities at Ruby Emma, the room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The complimentary drink was a nice touch. In a pinch the food was ok. There is a Mc Cafe across the street, but we made more use of the grocery store 2 buildings down with fresh pastries and cold drinks. the metro was less than a 5 minute walk which was unexpected but super convenient; we were in Amsterdam Central in 10-15 mins."

"On one of the days during our stay We were gone all day and didn’t receive room cleaning"

"Das Frühstück ist grauenhaft"

"The best location, walkable to many sightseeing spots, many restaurants, shops and bars in the area. Very friendly staff."

"Walls were paper thin and a lot of noise. Otherwise it was clean."

"Rooms needed to be a bit bigger. Beds fit into a snug space. Had to climb over the bed from the bottom to get into it. Not helpful when you are 70. Could do with a kettle in the room. The main reception needs to be illuminated more. Otherwise an ok place to stay."

"Cool place to be"

"Overall the location was great and staff were friendly. I was surprised for the price that there was no shampoo, tissues, or other regular items to use in the room. Also the room was called a City"
