"This is a really great hotel, but it is really far from Sevilla. I’m not really sure why it pops up when you search Sevilla because it is 30 minutes away by car, by public transit almost two hours. "

"The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Maria Jose and Elvis at reception. The rooms were clean except for the sofa in one of our rooms which was quite dirty and just covered with a blanket. It looked like it could have been mould but it didn't smell. Aside from that, the food at the restaurant is lovely, lots of choices. The servers are great, all of them, and the chef came out to chat to us after we had our meal. Overall just a really nice, friendly environment. Beautiful gardens....

"Todo fatal por parte de Expedia porque reservamos este alojamiento y pone que está en rota y dos días antes del viaje vimos que ese alojamiento no existe allí no aparece en Google Maps y Expedia nos dice que es cierto no es el lugar correcto el que aparece y se niegan a devolver el dinero puesto que ese alojamiento no existe y hemos perdido la estancia y el dinero es un timo y la responsabilidad por parte de Expedia para resolver el problema es malísima se niegan a resolverlo
