"The staff are excellent! Friendly, polite and courteous. Room itself was good. Clean, comfy bed, a standard hotel room. Only con was the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. The smell never really went away. I dont know if someone smoked in the bathroom before us or if it was due to the vents being connected to other rooms but that was the only downturn for this stay."

"The office is always locked and unstaffed but they do answer when you ring the bell. Our room was recently updated but still had a few flaws none of which impeded our stay. One of the window screens was torn so we didnt want to open the window and possibly let in flies or bugs. The other window did open so that was good however nothing more than a plastic clip type holder to stop the window so while we were out we didnt feel it would be safe to leave the window open, we were on the ground floor....

"It was a nice room. Large enough for me for the two nights. A little old but not bad at all. The breakfast was OK, not great. There was a sign that said to "Ask about gluten free options" but the only thing (outside some of the cereal and oatmeal) was gluten free bread."

"We were a group of 4 young women. We had a pleasant one-night stay, but my greatest compliment will be to the staff, and their honesty! An hour after we cehcked out and left I received a call from the place saying they found a wallet in our room - that belonged to one of us girls. We didn't want to miss our day trip, so we went back at night to get the wallet, and they kept it safe. Thank you again!"
