"The hotel was spotless and the surrounding area was kept very nicely. The receptionist was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Our room was exactly as pictured and the bed was very comfortable so we had a very good nights sleep. I was a little surprised to find that the hotel was on a retail park as it did not seem that from the photos but the double glazing is so good that it was very quiet in the room. "This hotel is fine for an overnight stop and in a very accessible location for visiting Troyes. The reception isn’t constantly manned and there is a delay when checking in or needing assistance but staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very basic and having a third bed in a overhead bunk meant we were banging our head when getting out of bed! There is no air conditioning but I like to have an openable window. However the noise from outside is dreadful and would put me off staying there...
