Perfectly fine

This was a perfectly adequate overnight stay on route home. It was clean and the price was right. Our Dog was also made welcome. Italian restaurant nearby with a discount for guests. Also saw lots of other fast food places nearby

Good overnight stop. The guy on reception was very friendly & helpful. Awful night pouring down with rain. Asked him about the restaurant opposite said it wasn’t bad & if you show your B&B card get 15% discount. Good call it was lovely.

Comfortable for overnight stop.

Travelling from the UK with our two dogs we stayed at the B&B Hotel Troyes to break up the journey. Room / facilities was large, basic but clean and welcoming. Locally to the hotel there are various dining establishments within walking distance.

Stayed here many times, always reliable. Better now it has had a bit of a refurb but the room doors could do with a coat of paint still.

Excellent stay

We had a room very near reception, which was excellent as my husband has mobility problems. The wet room was large and clean. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Good basic accommodation. Very comfy bed annd powerful shower. Only downside was our room wasn’t made up when we checked in at 5pm. Fortunately reception was still staffed and she was able to switch rooms for us.

Good and easy

Nice and easy to get to and easy to get in although we arrived late at night. Basic but comfortable. Shower area a bit tatty but actual shower hot and strong. Breakfast good and efficient. Friendly staff.

Awful- automated check in machine not working helpline was rude- when it was working again didn’t issue ticket. Vending machine took my money and didn’t dispense drink. You get what you pay for I guess.
