They claimed they e-mailed me but then said they did not have my e-mail address or any of my information. I think they cancelled our reservations on Vrbo and sent a message through this web site. Which I did not get. They claimed vrbo was a scam and they have no connection with vrbo. They never once apologized just said you got scammed. "
