Pedí adorno para cumpleañeros 2 veces en 2 días distintos y nunca me contestaron. Otro día me dijeron que podían llevar room service con alimentos de lugares cercanos, pedí el menú y me lo mandaron 3 horas después. I find the rate per night to be high for what is offered; I would say it is overpriced by over $1,000 per night. Some of the amenities are still not activated; there is no coffee service in the rooms or available in the hotel, so you have to drive to the nearest convenience store to get coffee or snacks. "
