My biggest complaints would be that there was nobody at the front desk to check me in nor when I checked out for approximately 10-15 minutes and that my shower made a weird noise. My only real concern was that it looked like behind the furniture isn't cleaned often as there was a lot of dust buildup and that the bathtub stopper was completely broken and made it difficult to shower without being in a bath at the same time. "Overall I would say our stay was good. Unfortunately, it was during a storm that knocked out the power for the majority of the city so we were without power all night. This was out of the property's control so I don't hold it against them. The hour or so that we had electricity was great. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were polite and helpful. We needed a shuttle to the airport and they were especially helpful in accommodating this request."
