Genuine scam. After being given a room key that didn’t work, we were given the option of 2 rooms. Room 1 was a single bed, we had payed for 2 queen sized, room 2 was 2 full sized beds, and the AC didn’t work. We all started itching terribly once we got inside. We weren’t gonna stay in those conditions, and when we tried to leave and get a refund we were told no refund. This place takes your money and puts you in unlivable rooms to get you to leave, generating them free money. The entire building is trashed, with the back staircase literally covered in old animal dung. Stay away from this place.

No maid service or housekeeping. No working tv remote for 22 days...the entire duration of our stay claims pool and breakfast inline neither were available for the entire stay...room dirty at checkin

This place is a dump do not stay here. It is a drug den people yelling all night smells like drugs everywhere in the building. No elevator, filthy conditions roaches all over, no outlets in the room worked. This place should be condemned by the city. It looks like a haven for drugs and crime. Scared the whole night did not get much sleep.

Decrepit, disgusting, scary

This Motel was absolutely disgusting I've never seen a hotel this dirty and this decrepit and this is coming from someone who's watched hours of Hoarders. Why did I stay here it was an accident I thought this was a chain Motel Entire Place smelled like smoke there was several holes in my room the elevator is permanently out of order trash was overflowing there's no overhead lights in the rooms or phones
