"The young lady who checked us into the hotel was a real credit to seven stars. Efficient, friendly lovely welcome. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was huge, even my husband couldn’t manage it all. "Lovely little hotel. I arrived and departed in the dark so didn’t see much of the surroundings. It has a nice countryside feel to it with the converted barns. I found I could hear guests next door’s conversations and wake up alarms. The biggest thing for me however was a giant spider that appeared on my bed at 4am as I was getting ready. I guess being a rural location that can be expected however, it has deterred me from returning to the hotel. "

"Took a bit of a circuitous route to get there from the NEC. The premise appeared to be an extension to a house which may have been split in to flats with a corridor to other door. However the premises were clean and had decent facilities When I arrived there were no towels but after contacting the agents someone turned up 20 minutes later with the aforementioned towels. The central heating want on but another radiator did the job. Overall decent value for money. Parking was a bit tight but...

"You get what you pay but very run down property and amenities were not up to scratch. Really noisy building so if you are wanting a good night sleep then good luck. Check in was really easy and good but front door seems to be not closed properly by others so never felt fully safe during my stay. Again it does the job and you get what you pay for "
