"At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. "Das Problem an der Unterkunft sind die ganzen Tiere. Da nur Lamellentüren verbaut und im Bad keine Fliegengitter sind, kommen viele Insekten in das Apartment. Bei der Ankunft musste ich eine große tote Kakerlake aus der dusche bergen und etliche Ameisenhaufen entfernen. Das schöne am Apartment ist der riesige Balkon mit Blick auf die Landschaft und den Ozean."
