"Value hotel so you need to temper your judgement with the price you are paying. The room is very small and basic - bed, small wall mounted tv and very small desk. The shower and toilet resemble something you might see in sports loo but are functional. There were two issues for me 1 - the room smelled of cigarette smoke. As a non smoker this was just not acceptable 2 - the walls are paper thin and whoever was upstairs was making a lot of noise (perhaps they were training a herd of elephants...

"I have stayed here before and got a lovely welcome after a 5 years absence. Room was clean and comfortable, but noted the stairs carpet was showing some wear, which took a little shineoff the overall appearance, but not enough to spoil my stay"

Staff were all wonderful, and cheap breakfast with fresh bread and croissant was very welcome. Room was very warm, but an open window helped once it cooled outside. Located on a quiet side street close to the centre ville, which worked great."
