"I would recommend the Hotel Hostal Caps Mall. PROS: 1. Located in a mall. This makes the hotel very safe and convenient. The mall has a gym, food court (McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, a few steak houses, etc), Oxxo, Exito, movie theater, ATMs, casino, bar, etc. 2. "Well, I spent 2 nights. 1- bed was horrible. It was like sleeping in a sofa-bed type of mattress, thin. 2- Hot water wasn’t constant… 3- No AC, even tho it was a 18th floor… the only ventilation was if you open the windows (2 small ones) which was okay at night but you can hear all the noise and honking noise all night and morning 4- The toilet was clogged and there was no overnight service to attend the situation. Would I stay there again? No"

"Whose idea was is to put some of the rooms next to the kitchen? The staff were talking extremely loudly from something like 5am, with no soundproofing. Also, some of the reception staff need to be a bit more enthusiastic. But, you will have a better stay if you’re on a different floor."

"I've stayed at this property multiple times and it's been good-great reach trip to Bogota. However this trip there is a noticable drop in the hotel standards. Usually they would not allow someone to have their television in high volumes. But for the past 2 hours(630pm) today 4/26/2024 this had been the case. So now aside from the clubs you have loud guests. If you're looking for a quiet night this is not the place. Staff is amazing, great Wifi coverage and safe. Just noise levels are not...
