"We arrived on a Friday, the water didn’t work. It seemed like they knew this was an issue because after we called the would turn it on for about 20 minutes and then it would be off. We called no less than 7 times about this issue. After dealing with this we also had intermittent power issues. There is barely any light in the room and it’s incredibly dark, They also claimed they had natural ventilation but the room was so hot we had to go into the hallway to cool off… they eventually brought us a fan which did little. After all this the couldn’t even give us a free meal or an apology. Do yourself a favor and stay away…"

"Nice welcoming by Angelo. Room clean. Bed looks new - comfortable. Kitchenette with everything in it. Only thing that needs repair is the shower head. The water went all over, so for someone who doesn’t want to wash one’s hair everyday, I recommend a shower cap. Free parking is very convenient. Soundproof rooms. Conveniently located next to nail place and 10 min walk from a supermarket and mall. 15 min walk from the center of Usaquen. "

"The only negatives: 1) Internet Slow and intermittent. 2) Only local TV and ancient old school Direct TV. No Netflix, YouTube. etc. Aside from those two issues, everything else was great. I'm a regular there and return frequently. Highly recommend."
