Lovely hotel with fabulous, friendly staff (special mention to the breakfast team). Location was great with the shopping centre and plenty of restaurants close by. They would have received five stars except for the air-conditioning was not working (we were on the top floor and it got warm in the afternoon). Whilst these things happen, what I was disappointed with was that they clearly knew about it and didn't mention anything to us. It had clearly not been working for some time as their 'fix' was to provide portable air-conditioning units which were very noisy and meant that we had to have the windows (to the street) open. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel!!!

This is an excellent hotel in one of Bogotá’s livelier neighborhoods. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind, even learned our names and greeted us always with a smile. The room was super spacious. Absolutely loved this hotel.

Great convenient location that is close to shopping and restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Well appointed hotel with good breakfast options. Warm, friendly and helpful staff who helped me when my friend was not feeling well from altitude sickness.

Best and safest area in Bogota. Everything is walkable and the dinner choices are ample. Feels like Downtown manhattan, just cleaner and better climate. Cabrera, Zona T and Zona Rosa all combined beats any metropolitan city, but way cheaper…

Hotel is in a sublime location, friendly staff, spacious rooms and great service. Only improvement needed is more USB /charging ports near the night table. We also hired a great (English speaking) driver who works for the hotel as our tour guide when we went on excursions. Ask the hotel for William Jimenez Vargas for your transfers from and to the airport and also to day excursions. Will stay there again.

I love everything about this hotel from the room to the staff!!! The staff are so lovely. Every member had a smile and was warm and welcoming. Fantastic customer service. Location is 5*. This is a beautiful classic hotel. The check-in was very smooth and we were greeted very warmly with a welcome drink. The breakfast buffet was generous and had an ample selection of fresh fruits, and you could also request eggs to order. The surrounding areas is very safe and walkable and it’s nearby a large shopping center. The staff is very welcoming and kind. On the upper level there is a spa and a steam bath. We used the steam bath the one evening we were there and it was a nice treat.
