This is a great option in the northern part of Bogota. We feel very safe at La Fontana and love the interior patios. Great location right across from nice mall, Unicentro. Very good food too. Rooms are dated but it’s part of the charm - like the Paradores of Spain.

Beautiful place and amazing staff, everyone is always willing to help. However, my experience was soured with the hotel charging me twice for the stay, I've tried talking to the front desk, expedia has tried to contact the property but unfortunately nothing has been resolved. I've been forced to submit a claim with my bank, just the hazzle to get my own money back makes me not want to stay again at this place due to this inconvenience.

It is a great place to stay. It has a number of restaurants. It is a very beautiful property. It is very safe with multiple options. La Fontana has always been an icon in this part of the city and as a local, I have always wanted to stay there. I can confirm it delivered to every expectation. Excellent service, convenient location and beautiful architecture. We will be staying there again next time we are in Bogota.
