"Not at all what you would come to expect from a W. They should rebrand to something else because it’s fine for a whatever hotel but nowhere near good enough for a W. Checkin took forever, no idea why, there wasn’t any line. They didn’t even explain where the bar/pool/anything was. You have to take 2 elevators to the rooms which is super annoying. We had booked a reso at the bar a month out and when we got to the bar they had no idea who we were. We didn’t even bother with the pool/spa area because we heard it wasn’t great. Takes forever to get to anything from this location in bogota. Wouldn’t recommend, lots of better options "

"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I was charged taxes that should not have been applied, which resulted in a double charge on my bank account. This is a serious issue and shows a lack of transparency. Additionally, the room did not meet expectations: there was no safe, not even small complimentary water bottles were provided, and the refrigerator did not work properly. The air conditioning caused me allergies during the night, affecting my ability to rest. The customer service was also below standard. At times, I felt unwelcome, and the overall attention to guests left much to be desired. Overall, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had."
